Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all magnetic bands and application tools are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
